Our online psychology clinic is dedicated to providing accessible, compassionate, and eclectic yet evidence-based mental health care to individuals aged 18 years and older all over Australia. Whether you're dealing with stress, anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship challenges, life transitions or seeking personal growth and self-discovery, we are here to support you on your journey to mental wellness.

Focusing on your relationship with the therapist and your story, we aim to create personalised treatments by blending together your history, goals, and traditional psychological therapies with a mix of alternative modalities.

Meet Beth Phelan

With a heart full of empathy, creativity and curiosity, Beth has 10 years in mental health with 4 years working as a Generally Registered Psychologist. Beth brings a warm and nurturing approach to therapy while acknowledging therapy can be challenging it can also be lightheaded at times. She values deep listening to build connection, holistic approaches, cultivating empowerment and emphasising therapeutic autonomy. She has as experience in working in private practice, forensic, youth, virtual reality, research, community mental health and NDIS.

Being passionate in the unique areas of alternative psychological treatment Beth has completed her 500-hour Yoga Teacher training and recently completed her certificate in Psychedelic Assisted Therapies.

With an interest in Trauma, anxiety, depression, trauma, wellbeing, transitions, stress, substance use and relationship issues. Beth is passionate about helping you navigate life's challenges with kindness, understanding transformative experiences that lead to lasting change.

Beth uses a range of therapeutic techiques drawing from modalities including EMDR, ACT, Schema, Mindfulness, Attachment Based Theory, Internal Family Systems and CBT she will work eclectically with you to find what works.

Please note Beth does not offer psychedelic treatment sessions. If interested, please get in contact and we can direct you to a certified service.
